Cleanse

There is no way around this one. You have to cleanse your skin if you want to keep it supple and young-looking. There are different cleansers on the market. The golden rule is to buy the one that matches your skin type and agrees with you, specifically. This means a little trial and error at the start. Avoid using cheap cleansers, though, as they are probably not going to result in anything good. Cleanse your skin when you wake up and before going to bed.

Moisturise

Like cleansing, you have to moisturise your skin at least twice a day. There are different types of moisturiser, and you may have to own more than one. If you must have only one, however, Bali Body and skin experts say that your safest choice is a moisturiser with sunscreen. A sunscreen is not only for times when you hit the beach; you need it every day because you are exposed to the sun even inside your home or office. A moisturiser that has good sunscreen content can protect your skin from premature ageing.

Peel

You should not do this every day, and you should not use harsh chemicals either. Buy a good quality exfoliator that does not sting or cause redness. Use it once a month or as directed. If you do not want to spend on an exfoliator, make your own. A mix of coconut oil and sugar makes a good and natural exfoliator.
